When buying print on demand products, the right of withdrawal ends when the production of the product has started, this means that the purchase of printed standard agreements is binding.

Infrastrukturtjänster - Villkor Servicenivåer SLA (10 ex)
Bilagan kan användas när leverantören åtagit sig servicenivåer för tillgänglighet och kundsupport vid infrastrukturtjänster. Den är avsedd att användas med IT-Infrastrukturtjänster. De svenska avtalen beställs i buntar om 10 ex i varje bunt. Tryckta standardavtal köps via print on demand: Alla våra standardavtal trycks då kunden gör ett köp av tryckta standardavtal, sk print on demand. Vid köp av print on demand-produkter upphör ångerrätten när produktionen av varan har påbörjats, detta innebär att köpet av tryckta standardavtal är bindande.
