"It is important that we develop the offer"

As an important part of TechSverige's work to create its own employer activities, Karolina Löf is the new General Counsel since January 8. Karolina leads the work of developing TechSverige's service to member companies to become even more relevant and attractive to tech companies.

 - "We want to build an employer program that is tailored to the unique needs and conditions of tech companies. That's why it's important that we develop the offer together with our members," says Karolina Löf. 

Among other things, a reference group will be set up to test new ideas.  

- We have promised our members the same services as before, but it is very important that they have their say on what is good and what they would like more of. 

TechSverige's new General Counsel is a qualified litigation and labor lawyer who comes most recently from the role of head of litigation at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. She also has solid expertise in EU and international issues as well as the new LAS and the Main Agreement.
