The tech and digitalization industry will make a big difference in changing society and it feels important that we are coordinated and work towards the same vision. Our industry organization can create conditions and facilitate cooperation between member companies by driving initiatives and initiatives that strengthen our common platform. We can create conditions so that companies in the industry, employees and customers work well together.

We are in the midst of a spectacular change in the world economy, where digitalization will create great opportunities, but also challenges, for business and society at large. It is therefore important that the business community, and the IT and telecom industry in particular, engage in politics and the public debate. TechSverige is well placed to help drive the debate and find the solutions.

I am passionate about meeting the challenges of the private and public sectors in the digital society of the future. I work daily with issues related to automation and efficiency in healthcare and in municipal operations. I have a degree in economics and a past in HR, so I am particularly passionate about future leadership, young people's interest in programming and gender equality in the digital arena.

I look forward to being involved and contributing to the important work being done. Especially at a time when the tech sector is becoming increasingly important and has the opportunity to contribute to a better, more sustainable society, and where we see that Sweden has fantastic opportunities to take a leading role.

I want to contribute to the dialogue on how Sweden can take the lead in digitalization. A digitalization that can contribute to a more sustainable society, that can increase our international competitiveness and that includes everyone to take advantage of the opportunities of digitalization.

It is a huge honor to be able to contribute to the board work in TechSverige. I am passionate about issues relating to tech start-ups and how Sweden can create opportunities for more companies such as Spotify and King to grow and become global players. It is also important that the industry becomes better at attracting more young people to train in technology and that it becomes more attractive to girls and those born abroad.

Sweden needs faster digitalization. Industry is one of the most important parts of this journey, and 5G plays a key role in creating a modern, efficient and sustainable industry that can compete globally. Digitization is also about raising living standards with, for example, e-health solutions, and improved public services with connected infrastructure for electricity, water and transport networks. The digital transformation benefits society as a whole.

TechSverige's important task is to bring us together in the industry around common issues. Among other things, we need to work together to improve the industry's reputation. I hope to contribute with my experience from different parts of the industry and with Telenor's perspective and insights. On a personal level, I am also happy to be part of such an important network where we can share experiences.

Today, digitalization affects all aspects of our society and our lives. Developments are moving fast and we can use technology to do a lot of good in society - create a better and sustainable future for ourselves and for future generations. Tech Sweden plays an extremely important role in driving these issues to take advantage of the opportunities of digitization. I also see a great advantage in working together on the challenges facing the industry.

We in the tech industry play a crucial role when it comes to sustainable and innovative development in society and TechSverige plays an important role in shaping the future of the industry as a whole. I look forward to working with the board to make a difference and to drive our common issues, whether it's sustainability, skills shortages, security or innovation, to make Sweden a leading tech nation again.
