Almega and Confederation of Swedish Enterprise
TechSverige is one of seven collaborating industry and employer organizations within the Almega group, which is Sweden's leading employer organization for the service sector. The members of Almega's association, about 11,000 companies with over 550,000 employees together, represent some 60 different industries in the service sector.
Sweden's leading organization for service companies
Almega works in industry and employer policy to influence decision-makers on issues that are common to all service companies, such as companies' long-term needs for skills supply and procurement issues, and conducts joint work with trade union organizations to improve our collective agreements.
If you have an industry and employer membership in TechSverige, Almega's experts will give you access to personal employer service and negotiation support, as well as professional advice on labor law, work environment, pay and pension issues. Almega also provides negotiation assistance in local and central negotiations.
"Entrepreneurial people and competitive companies in community lead Sweden to increased prosperity"
TechSweden's members are automatically also members of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, which is the leading business organization in Sweden. Today, the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and its 48 member organizations work for more than 60,000 member companies with a total of over 1,500,000 employees. The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise promotes issues and areas that are important and common to all companies in Sweden regardless of industry, such as taxes, labor law, education and infrastructure.
We who work at TechSverige work very closely with the employees at Almega and the other unions within Almega, with which we share headquarters in Stockholm, and are also part of a number of collaborative projects and working groups within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
The Director of TechSverige is a member of Almega's management team, and TechSverige is represented on the boards of both Almega and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
