Services, General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions are intended for use in service contracts. These General Terms and Conditions are not intended to apply to contracts in which the supplier is required to achieve a specific result with agreed characteristics, or to staffing contracts—that is, contracts in which employees are hired out to the customer to perform work under the customer’s control and supervision.

These General Provisions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into by the parties. The agreement, together with its appendices, is hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement.” In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and these General Provisions, the provisions of the Agreement drafted by the parties shall take precedence over these General Provisions. The Act (2012:854) on the Temporary Assignment of Workers does not apply to the provision of the Service.
