37. Lay the foundation for a close dialog and collaboration with the tech industry. Sweden needs a world-class tech industry if it is to succeed as a leading technology nation. The government needs to signal to companies in Sweden and around the world that it wants to promote the emergence of innovative tech companies. The needs of the business community and various sectors need to be captured in a national programme - Digitized Sweden - which, like Fossil Free Sweden's work, takes place in broad collaboration. Inspiration can be drawn from how Estonia and Finland are working to digitize business through close cooperation and partnerships between the tech industry and different sectors.
