TechSweden's new employer service - everything you need to know

As of 1 January 2025, TechSverige will leave the current collaboration with Almega and become an independent industry and employer organization within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
As a member, you will continue to have free access to free employer services, now with a team of experts and lawyers specializing in tech industry issues. We are available around the country and our hotline is ready to help you during office hours and with digital support around the clock. Your collective agreement will remain unchanged.

As a member of TechSverige you get access to:

Personal support from experienced labor law experts and negotiators with specific expertise in TechSverige collective agreements.
Telephone hotline during office hours, staffed by employment lawyers ready to answer your questions.
Advice on employment law, personnel issues, reorganizations, the Rental Act and other issues that may arise in your role as an employer.
Help with work permits, both in the form of advice and guides, but also the possibility of receiving assistance in applying for a work permit.
Legal representation in labor disputes, both with the unions and in court.

24/7 digital support and templates (an evolved version of the current Employer Guide using generative AI).

Three simple steps for 2025

Here are the simple steps to prepare for the launch of our new employer service:

1. save the new emergency number: we will publish and email our new emergency number before the end of the year - save it for further quick assistance.

2.Secure your login details in the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's member portal: These details also give you access to TechSverige's new employer guide. If you already have an account in the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's member portal, use the same information to easily access the employer guide. For a smooth transition, you can already prepare today by creating your account in the Confederation's member portal by clicking here!

3. Save the link to the new employer guide.TechSweden's new employer guide with AI support will be launched later in December - you will find it here and we will email you the link.

You will continue to have access to your current employer guide, day care and advice from Almega until December 31, 2024. After that, TechSverige's new employer service will take over.
