Specification of the Processing of Personal Data: Cloud Services and IT Infrastructure Services
The Appendix ‘Specification of the Processing of Personal Data’ forms part of the Special Terms and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data. It is important that the parties complete this Appendix before signing the agreement. The standard agreements are purchased in bundles of 10 copies. Printed standard agreements are purchased via print on demand: All our standard agreements are printed when the customer makes a purchase of printed standard agreements, so-called print on demand. When buying print on demand products, the right of withdrawal ends when the production of the product has started, this means that the purchase of printed standard agreements is binding.

Special Terms and Conditions - Other Services
These Special Terms and Conditions are intended to apply together with the General Terms and Conditions for IT Maintenance, Agile Projects, Internet Projects, IT Projects and IT Services (together ‘other services’) issued by TechSverige if the supplier processes personal data on behalf of the customer in relation to the provision of such a service. These Special Terms and Conditions constitute an appendix to the Agreement. These Special Terms and Conditions shall have precedence over any conflicting terms in the General Terms and Conditions for agreed Maintenance, Project or Service issued by TechSverige. Cloud Services, Special Terms and Conditions

Any processing of Customer Data that does not include the processing of personal data shall only be governed by the General Terms and Conditions for Cloud Services issued by TechSverige. These Special Terms and Conditions constitute an appendix to the Agreement. Särskilda bestämmelser vid behandling av personuppgifter - övriga tjänster (10 ex)
Dessa särskilda bestämmelser är avsedda att användas tillsammans med TechSveriges allmänna bestämmelser för IT-Underhåll, Agila Projekt, Internetprojekt, IT-Projekt och IT-Tjänster (tillsammans kallat övriga tjänster) om leverantören behandlar personuppgifter för kundens räkning inom ramen för en sådan tjänst. Parterna ska senast i samband med att överenskommelse träffas även säkerställa att Bilagan " Specifikation över behandlingen av personuppgifter" är korrekt ifylld. Dessa särskilda bestämmelser för behandling av personuppgifter är avsedda att användas tillsammans med TechSveriges allmänna bestämmelser, de ersätter de allmänna bestämmelsernas villkor som behandlingen av personuppgifter när dataskyddsförordningen börjar tillämpas den 25 maj 2018 . Tryckta standardavtal köps via print on demand: Alla våra standardavtal trycks då kunden gör ett köp av tryckta standardavtal, sk print on demand. Vid köp av print on demand-produkter upphör ångerrätten när produktionen av varan har påbörjats, detta innebär att köpet av tryckta standardavtal är bindande.
