General Terms and Conditions of Delivery 91 - Standard Deliveries of Computers and Office Equipment

These General Terms and Conditions of Delivery are intended to apply to the delivery of Products and related services. These general provisions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into by the parties. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and these general provisions, the agreement entered into by the parties and the appendices thereto shall take precedence over these general provisions.
