These General Terms and Conditions are intended to apply to the delivery of Products and related services. The services may include training, installation, and other services related to the delivery of Products.
These general provisions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into by the parties. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and these general provisions, the sections of the Agreement drafted by the parties shall take precedence over these general provisions.
Unless otherwise specified, additional deliveries under a supplemental agreement shall be considered separate deliveries.
