These General Terms and Conditions are intended to apply to engagements in which the supplier is responsible for providing an IT system with agreed-upon characteristics.
These General Terms and Conditions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into by the parties. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Agreement drafted by the parties shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.
