Special Terms and Conditions Regarding the Processing of Personal Data—Other Services

These Special Terms and Conditions are intended to be applied in conjunction with TechSverige’s General Terms and Conditions for IT Maintenance, Agile Projects, Internet Projects, IT Projects, and IT Services (collectively, “other services”) if the supplier processes personal data on behalf of the customer within the scope of such a service.

These Special Provisions constitute an appendix to the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Special Provisions and TechSverige’s general provisions governing agreed-upon Maintenance, Assignments, or agreed-upon Services, these Special Provisions shall take precedence. In the event of any conflict between these Special Provisions and the rest of the Agreement, the Agreement shall take precedence.

If the provider acts as a data processor for the processing of personal data within the scope of the Service, the customer is the data controller and the provider is the data processor under these special provisions.

The parties shall ensure, no later than when an agreement is reached that these special provisions shall apply, that the Appendix “Specification Regarding the Processing of Personal Data” is correctly completed. The appendix “Specification of the Processing of Personal Data” shall, among other things, specify the subject matter of the processing, the duration, nature, and purposes of the processing, the type of personal data, and the categories of data subjects.
