IT Infrastructure Services: Special Terms and Conditions Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

These special provisions are intended to be applied in conjunction with TechSverige’s General Terms and Conditions for IT Infrastructure Services if the provider processes personal data on behalf of the customer within the scope of such a service. For the processing of the Customer’s Data that does not involve the processing of personal data, only TechSverige’s General Terms and Conditions for IT Infrastructure Services shall apply.

These Special Provisions constitute an appendix to the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Special Provisions and TechSverige’s General Provisions for IT Infrastructure Services, these Special Provisions shall take precedence. In the event of any conflict between these Special Provisions and the rest of the Agreement, the Agreement shall take precedence.

Under these Special Terms and Conditions, the customer is the data controller and the supplier is the data processor with respect to the processing of personal data.

The parties shall ensure, no later than when an agreement is reached that these special provisions shall apply, that the Appendix “Specification Regarding the Processing of Personal Data” is correctly completed. The appendix “Specification of the Processing of Personal Data” shall, among other things, specify the subject matter of the processing, the duration, nature, and purposes of the processing, the type of personal data, and the categories of data subjects.
