These General Terms and Conditions are intended to apply when the supplier provides ongoing infrastructure services—such as operations and on-site services—to the customer, regardless of where such services are performed.
These General Terms and Conditions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into by the parties. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Agreement drafted by the parties shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.
