IT Services, General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to apply to agreements for IT-related services. These General Terms and Conditions are not intended to apply to assignments in which the supplier is required to achieve a specific result with agreed-upon characteristics, or to staffing assignments—that is, assignments in which employees are hired out to the customer to work under the customer’s control and supervision.

These General Terms and Conditions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into by the parties. The agreement, together with its appendices, is hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement.” In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Agreement drafted by the parties shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions. Updated in 2020 regarding personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

The Act (2012:854) on the Temporary Assignment of Workers does not apply to the provision of the Service.
