This SLA appendix is intended to be applied together with TechSverige's general provisions for IT services.
These Special Conditions are intended to be applied to contracts for IT services in conjunction with the General Conditions for IT Services if the supplier and the customer so agree. In the event of any conflict between the General Conditions for IT Services and these Special Conditions, these Special Conditions shall prevail.
The contract relates to an assignment where the supplier will perform a Service for the customer. The Supplier is a consulting company that makes its collective competence and experience available to the Customer through the Supplier's employees who perform the Service.
