Cloud Services, General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to apply when the provider offers a standardized, ongoing Internet-based service.

These General Terms and Conditions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into by the parties. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Agreement drafted by the parties shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.

These general provisions are intended for use, for example, when the provider supplies storage capacity, infrastructure, or software as a service. Certain provisions apply solely to software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) services. If the customer requires assistance with setting up the Service, a separate agreement should be entered into between the parties.
