Contractual Agreement

The Master Agreement is the overarching contractual document that summarizes the fundamental terms between the supplier and the customer. Among other things, the document specifies the scope of the agreement, the included appendices, contact persons, the term of the agreement, and which set of TechSverige’s general terms and conditions shall apply. The purpose is to create a clear structure and to specify which documents collectively constitute the agreement.
