Cloud computing can be used, for example, when the supplier provides storage capacity or infrastructure, or a platform to the customer, or its own or third-party application (SaaS) for the customer's use within the framework of the Cloud Service, or other web-based service. Cloud Services replace the Cloud Computing Agreement. These general provisions are intended to be used, for example, when the supplier provides storage capacity, infrastructure or software as a service. Some provisions apply only to the software as a service ("SaaS service"). If the customer needs support for the start-up of the Service, a separate agreement should be made between the parties. The legal content of this Standard Contract was updated in 2020 regarding personal data due to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The Swedish contracts are ordered in bundles of 10 copies in each bundle.

Printed standard contracts are purchased via print on demand: All our standard contracts are printed when the customer makes a purchase of printed standard contracts, so-called print on demand. When purchasing print on demand products, the right of withdrawal ends when the production of the product has begun, which means that the purchase of printed standard contracts is binding.
